Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it has enough features worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with ease, unlike many other lightweight strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs dangling in the air like that, and it doesn't help that it's not cushioned.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider and then press a large white button. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of children while doing it.
The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that can be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's not the greatest width, though it's likely that you'll need to put something in to reach back to retrieve it. The Cloud comes with an adult and child tray with two cup holders, but both are too narrow to hold larger bottles or cups.

Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It has a super simple fold, is very maneuverable and can fit in the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.

It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has a few key differences. It's a little more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a handy strap for carrying and can be used by kids weighing up to 44 pounds in one seat.
